Run, Its a Jungle out there

Its Fun, Its Meditation, Its Passion and its addiction, Yes its running.

People ask me how do I Run, I ask, How can anybody not Run ? 

This time running Brought 12 people from NDS together to compete in Urban stampede  - 2012, a Corporate relay of 4 X 5KM organized by Runners for Life.

This Edition of Urban Stampede was very special as we were Representing NDS for the last time before we become Integral part of CISCO.

Last time it was just 2 all men team, this time was 3 teams( 2 Mixed and 1 all men ), Thanks a ton to Aparna and Paroma for making this happen.

Our Dream team of Milinda, Sajoo, Paroma and Amber could put up a great show completing 20KM in 1 Hr 45 Min, other two teams could complete in about 2 Hrs Plus, but overall a great show.

Who is that now ? Usain Bolt ofcourse :) 

as always running is fun but all all fun has to end so that it can start all over again, Next year will be running as  CISCO, but before that running season continues

Kaveri Trail Marathon ( 21KM), Bangalore Ultra ( 50KM) and Mumbai Marathon ( 42KM)

The name does not matter, Place Does not matter what matters is the RUN,
so just RUN, its Jungle out there.
